Sima Kamyabi

Meet Sima Kamyabi, the owner of Agent’s Choice Staging. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Sima excels at working with people and bringing their visions to life. For 15 years, Sima worked in the child welfare sector, advocating for the welfare of children. Her journey into the world of Home Staging began 10 years ago when she ventured into the condo market. It was there that her talent for decorating caught the attention of a Real Estate agent, who suggested she pursue a career in Home Staging. In her spare time, Sima finds immense joy in rescuing dogs. Her most recent rescue is a heartwarming story of a Black Mouth Cur/German Shepherd mix named Big Tex, who hails from Texas. Big Tex has quickly become a cherished member of Sima’s family and is known for his loving nature.

Meet Lauren

One of the talents behind our staging projects. With her artistic eye and passion for interior design, she works wonders to transform spaces into stunning showcases. Lauren perfected her skills at Sheridan College, where she specialized in Interior Design. Her dedication and hard work paid off, and she joined our team at Agents Choice Staging as soon as she graduated.

Lauren’s expertise in creating visually captivating space has made her an invaluable addition to our team. Lauren now takes on independent staging projects, showcasing her ability to create a “wow” factor.

Meet Karem

Her expertise and dedication make her a valuable asset to our team.
Time and time again, Karem receives nothing but positive feedback from our clients. Her genuine personality, kindness, and strong work ethic consistently shine through. We feel incredibly fortunate to have her, we simply cannot say enough about her amazing qualities. When it comes to staging homes, Karem is the definition of excellence. Karem is known for her exceptional work ethic and commitment to completing the job at hand. She doesn’t rest until every detail is taken care of, making her a true perfectionist in her field.

Meet Arsalan

The backbone of our team at Agent’s Choice Staging for the past 4 years! From managing our moving operations to keeping our warehouse in tip-top shape, he’s an indispensable member. Currently pursuing his HVAC licensing at George Brown College, Arsalan is continuously striving for personal and professional growth. Arsalan, our incredible team member at Agent’s Choice Staging, brings an unbeatable positive attitude and infectious smile to work every single day! C Even during those gruelling 13-hour workdays, he remains patient and never complains. His unwavering dedication and exceptional work ethic are truly commendable. We couldn’t ask for a better colleague. Arsalan’s ability to maintain a positive outlook, even when faced with challenging situations, is an inspiration to us all. His enthusiasm and resilience make every day a pleasure to work alongside him.

Meet Shabir

Recently, Shabir made the courageous decision to migrate from Afghanistan to Toronto, seeking new opportunities for himself and his family. Shabir’s passion for soccer is truly inspiring. Back in his home country, he played professional soccer, showcasing his skills and unwavering determination. Even after his move, he continues to pursue his love for the sport, spending his free time on the field, perfecting his game. It’s clear that soccer holds a special place in his heart, serving as a healing outlet and a way to connect with his new community.
When Shabir is not pursuing his soccer dreams, he can be found dedicatedly improving his English skills through his studies. What truly sets Shabir apart is his wonderful soul and his unwavering eagerness to learn and grow. He consistently goes above and beyond for his team members, displaying exceptional commitment and dedication to our shared goals. Shabir’s hard work and positive attitude have made a profound impact on our team.
